Terms of Service
Last updated: June 22, 2026
These Terms are published for transparency and may be updated. They are not legal advice to you; using PYRE is at your own risk; consult your own legal and financial advisors. PYRE is a wallet-cleanup utility and ritual entertainment — not an investment product, yield mechanism, trading bot, or guaranteed-profit system.
See also the Trust & proof page and the Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the PYRE application at feedthepyre.com or any associated interface, website, software, or on-chain program (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and by the PYRE Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. The trust and conflict-of-interest disclosures published at feedthepyre.com/trust are also incorporated by reference and form part of these Terms (see Section 18). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
Connecting a wallet, scanning a wallet, closing a token account, burning a token, contributing to a round, claiming a Spawn, or using the Pyremancer game layer each constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
2. Definitions
“Wallet” means a self-custodied Solana wallet you control. “ATA” means an associated token account. “Rent” means the lamports held by a token account that are returned to you when the account is closed. “Cleanup” means closing empty ATAs and/or burning token balances to zero through the Service. “Burn” means an on-chain instruction that permanently destroys a token balance. “Protocol Fee” means the fee (currently 5%) described in Section 6. “Contribution” means an optional “Feed the PYRE” amount you may add (Section 7). “Transmute / Swap Fee” means the swap fee (currently 1%) described in Section 8, the rate and availability of which are defined by Section 8 and the pre-sign preview, not by this definition.
“Essence” means the pooled fees collected during a round. “Round” means a defined period during which Essence accrues. “Spawn” means a meme token launched on pump.fun from a round’s Essence. “Graduation” means a pump.fun bonding-curve completion event. “Failure” / “Refund” means a round that does not graduate and for which contributors may reclaim their exact contribution. “Creator Fee” means the pump.fun protocol fee paid to the on-chain creator of a Spawn. “Pyremancer” means the off-chain, status-only game layer (ranks, XP, levels, leaderboards, quests, referrals, the Codex). “Minimum Age” means the minimum age set in Section 17, which is the single operative age referenced by both these Terms and the Privacy Policy. “Operator,” “PYRE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the party or parties operating PYRE (the operators of PYRE). The Protocol Fee and Swap Fee rates are configuration constants; this definition defers the controlling rate to the respective section and the pre-sign preview so it cannot go stale.
3. Nature of the Service — Non-Custodial; Not a Broker, Exchange, Custodian, Money Transmitter, Adviser, or Fiduciary
PYRE is a non-custodial software interface. PYRE never holds, stores, requests, or has access to your private keys, seed phrase, or funds, and there is no mechanism by which PYRE could sign a transaction on your behalf. Every transaction is constructed as an unsigned transaction, decoded, and shown to you, and executes only when YOU sign it locally in your own wallet. You retain sole control of your wallet and assets at all times. PYRE cannot recover, reset, freeze, reverse, or restore your keys, wallet, or transactions. (See the Privacy Policy, Sections 2–3, for exactly what data is and is not collected.)
Not a broker or intermediary.
PYRE is not a broker, broker-dealer, exchange, trading platform, market maker, custodian, wallet provider, money transmitter, money-services business, payment processor, or financial institution, and provides no custodial, brokerage, exchange, or money-transmission service. PYRE never takes custody of, controls, or intermediates your assets in the close/burn Cleanup flow.
No fiduciary / no advisory relationship.
PYRE is a software tool. It is not your broker, agent, adviser, or fiduciary, owes you no fiduciary, advisory, or professional-client duty, and gives no financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Nothing the Service displays — including the classifier output, Spawn mechanics, or game state — is advice or a recommendation. You act on your own judgment and bear sole responsibility for your decisions.
4. Wallet Connection; No Account; Your Responsibility
You interact with PYRE solely by connecting a self-custodied Solana wallet. PYRE has no accounts, logins, usernames, passwords, names, or email addresses. You are solely responsible for: (a) the security of your wallet, device, and private keys; (b) all activity that occurs through your wallet; and (c) verifying that you control any wallet you connect. PYRE cannot help you recover a lost key or compromised wallet. You represent that you are the sole and rightful controller of any wallet you connect. (See the Privacy Policy, Section 14, for how to make a data request without an account, by proving control of your wallet.)
5. Cleanup, Burns & Account Closures — Irreversible; Classification Is Not Safety
The Service helps you identify token accounts that appear eligible to close or burn and assemble the corresponding Solana transactions. YOU alone decide what to close, what to burn, and whether to sign, after reviewing the decoded preview.
Irreversibility.
A Burn or account closure is recorded on the Solana blockchain, is permanent, and CANNOT be undone, reversed, cancelled, or recovered by PYRE, by anyone operating PYRE, or by any other party. Tokens that are burned are destroyed and are gone forever. PYRE offers no recovery mechanism of any kind. You are solely responsible for every account you close and every token you burn. (See Section 10 for the no-advice terms and the Privacy Policy, Section 4, for the on-chain permanence of these facts.)
Classification is not safety and is not advice.
PYRE applies a conservative, automated classifier. It NEVER represents that any token is “safe,” valuable, or worthless. At most it indicates that a token “appears eligible” for cleanup based on current automated checks, or it skips the token (“Unknown means skip”). Classification output is informational only, may be incomplete, delayed, cached, or wrong, and is NOT financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice and NOT a recommendation to burn, close, sell, or hold anything. You are solely responsible for independently verifying every token before you act. A token marked “appears eligible” may nonetheless have, or later acquire, value; a Burn at your direction is final regardless.
Affirmative acknowledgment.
By initiating a Burn or closure, you affirmatively acknowledge that the action is permanent and irreversible, that PYRE cannot recover destroyed tokens or closed accounts, and that the classifier has not told you any token is “safe.”
6. Protocol Fee (5%) — The Only Deduction on a Close/Burn Cleanup
PYRE charges a single protocol fee equal to five percent (5%) of the gross lamports reclaimed by a close/burn Cleanup transaction (the “Protocol Fee”). This is the ONLY deduction PYRE takes on a close/burn Cleanup. The optional transmute (swap) feature carries a separate fee described in Section 8 and is not governed by this Section. The Protocol Fee is calculated on the gross amount before the fee, is itemized in the transaction preview that is decoded and shown to you BEFORE you sign, and is transferred to the PYRE treasury within the same transaction you sign. The remaining net amount (the “Reclaimed Rent”) returns to your wallet by default and is not redirected or pooled.
The application independently re-verifies the fee leg of every transaction against build-time constants immediately before requesting your signature, and refuses to sign if the fee leg does not match (the disclosed treasury must be the known treasury, the cut must be bounded by a freshly recomputed feeBps × gross plus any bounded Contribution, and net must equal gross minus cut). This is a mechanical control that prevents the server from silently inflating or redirecting the fee; it is NOT a warranty that the software is free of defects.
Because PYRE is non-custodial, no fee is ever charged unless you yourself sign the transaction that contains it. The fee rate is a configuration constant of the application (currently 5%); the disclosed pre-sign preview is the controlling source of truth for what you are charged.
7. Optional “Feed the PYRE” Contribution
Separately from, and in ADDITION to, the 5% Protocol Fee, you may OPT IN to contribute an extra amount of your gross reclaimed proceeds to the PYRE treasury (a “Contribution”). A Contribution is voluntary, is selected by you before signing, is shown in the same decoded preview, and is capped at a maximum percentage of your GROSS proceeds (before the 5% fee) defined in the application configuration (currently up to 50%). This means you could choose to donate as much as half of what you reclaim; the exact SOL amount is always shown in the pre-sign preview before you sign. If you do not opt in, no Contribution is taken. A Contribution, once included in a transaction you sign, is final and irreversible. A Contribution is a donation toward the collective launch ritual — it is not a fee you owe and not an investment.
8. Transmute (Swap) Fee (1%); Network, Priority & Rent Fees
Transmute fee.
If you use PYRE’s optional “transmute” feature to sell an eligible token for SOL through a third-party aggregator (Jupiter), a separate fee (currently 1%) of the swap output is charged via the aggregator’s native platform-fee mechanism on the output (wrapped SOL), collected within the same swap transaction. The remaining swap proceeds go to you. The transmute feature is distinct from the close/burn Cleanup, and its 1% fee is distinct from the 5% Protocol Fee. Aggregator routing, pricing, slippage, and price impact are outside PYRE’s control. The transmute feature may be unavailable depending on configuration; its rate and availability are defined by the application configuration and shown in the pre-sign preview.
Network fees.
Every transaction you sign also incurs Solana network fees, optional priority fees, and any account-creation rent required by the network. You pay these directly to the Solana network; they are not collected by, or payable to, PYRE, and they are non-refundable regardless of outcome.
9. Spawns, Essence & Rounds — Current (v0) Launches Are Operator-Trusted; Where Contributed Funds Go
Pooled Protocol Fees and Contributions from a given Round (“Essence”) may be used to create and launch an experimental meme token (a “Spawn”) on the third-party pump.fun platform. A Spawn either GRADUATES on pump.fun or the Round FAILS.
Refund = return of contribution, not a payout.
If a Round does not graduate and is failed, you may reclaim your EXACT original contribution (1:1) via the on-chain refund mechanism. A refund returns only your own contributed amount — no interest, no gain, no bonus, no yield, and no return on investment.
Dev-buy and round mode.
Launching a Spawn requires an initial purchase against the pump.fun bonding curve (a “dev-buy”) plus pump.fun mint and rent costs. The funding source for the dev-buy depends on the Round’s mode and is disclosed for that Round.
Current version (v0) is operator-trusted — not fully trustless.
In the current version (“v0”), Spawn launches are OPERATOR-TRUSTED and are NOT fully trustless: the dev-buy may be funded from the Round’s pooled Essence, certain off-chain launch and distribution steps rely on the Operator acting honestly, and contributed funds may pass through an Operator-controlled wallet. PYRE does NOT represent, for any current (v0) Round, that the Round is fully trustless, that contributed Essence is held in an escrow the Operator cannot access, or that the dev-buy is fronted from the Operator’s own wallet rather than from your Essence. Any future version (“v1”) that instead holds Essence in a program-owned escrow the Operator cannot unilaterally access, and funds the dev-buy from the Operator’s own wallet, will apply only to Rounds expressly launched under that version, and the mode will be stated for that Round. The operator-trusted nature of v0 and where contributed funds go are disclosed at feedthepyre.com/trust.
10. No Investment; No Profit Expectation; Not a Security; Not a Lottery
A Spawn is an experimental, speculative meme token with no intrinsic value, no underlying asset, no roadmap, no guaranteed liquidity, and no promise of any kind from PYRE. Your contribution to a Round is an allocation of protocol fees toward a collective launch — it is NOT a purchase of a security, an investment contract, a share, a yield instrument, or any financial product, and PYRE does not offer or sell it as one.
No profit expectation / no common-enterprise reliance.
PYRE makes no representation, projection, or guarantee that any Spawn will increase in value, graduate, trade, or be worth anything. Any value of a Spawn is determined entirely by an autonomous third-party bonding curve and an open market over which PYRE has no control. You are NOT relying on the managerial or entrepreneurial efforts of PYRE or the Operator for any expected profit, and no such reliance is reasonable. You may lose 100% of any value involved.
Not a lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, or game of chance.
Round contributions are not bets, wagers, or entries into a game of chance, and PYRE offers no prize. If a Round graduates, each contributor’s Spawn allocation is calculated DETERMINISTICALLY and strictly PRO-RATA to that contributor’s verified Essence share — there is no random draw, no winner selection, and no element of chance in the distribution. PYRE does not operate any randomized or weighted-lottery payout.
Nothing on PYRE is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Thematic terms describe protocol mechanics and the pump.fun bonding curve and are NOT predictions or promises of value or outcome.
11. Operator Creator-Fee Disclosure & Conflict of Interest
When PYRE launches a Spawn, PYRE’s launcher account is the on-chain “creator” of that token and therefore receives the pump.fun protocol’s “creator fee” — a share of that token’s trading volume paid to the creator by the pump.fun protocol. This creator fee is paid BY THE MARKET through pump.fun and funded by trading activity in the Spawn; it is NOT taken from your Reclaimed Rent, your 5% Protocol Fee, your optional Contribution, or your pro-rata Spawn allocation, and it does not reduce the pro-rata share contributors are entitled to. The creator fee accrues to a pump.fun creator-vault controlled by the Operator and is Operator revenue. This conflict of interest, and the operator-trusted nature of v0 launches, are disclosed at feedthepyre.com/trust.
12. No Refund of Fees; Irreversibility of Signed Transactions
Burning a token is permanent and irreversible, and a transaction you have signed and broadcast cannot be reversed by PYRE. PYRE does not refund Protocol Fees, Contributions, Transmute Fees, or network fees once a transaction is signed and submitted. The Round refund described in Section 9 is a separate on-chain mechanic that applies only to contributed Round funds on a failed Round; it is NOT a refund of Cleanup fees, and nothing in this Section limits the genuine on-chain refund right a contributor has on a failed Round.
13. Pyremancer Game Layer — Status-Only; No Pay-to-Win; Referrals Confer Status, Not Money
PYRE includes an optional, free game layer (“Pyremancer”) with ranks, levels, experience points (XP), the Tide of Ash, leaderboards, quests, the Codex, and referrals. ALL of it is derived from your public on-chain burn activity and is purely cosmetic STATUS. There is NO cash, token, crypto, airdrop, or monetary reward of any kind for playing, leveling, ranking, completing quests, or topping a leaderboard. XP and ranks have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed, transferred, or sold, and NEVER affect funds, fees, Essence allocation, refunds, or Spawn distribution.
Separation / no pay-to-win.
Game progression and economic outcomes are maintained as separate systems (a CI-enforced “two-ledger wall” forbids any economic module from reading the game tables). Spending, contributing, or burning more does not buy a better economic outcome beyond your strictly pro-rata share. Your pro-rata Spawn allocation depends ONLY on your verified on-chain burns relative to other contributors.
Referrals — status, not payment.
If you invite another user and they perform their first qualifying burn, you may receive in-game XP/status. This is NOT a paid affiliate, commission, multi-level-marketing, or revenue-share program: you are never paid money, tokens, or financial consideration for referrals, and no purchase or payment is required of you or your invitee. (See the Privacy Policy, Section 2(c), for exactly what the referral graph stores.)
PYRE may recalculate, freeze, reset, or withhold any status, leaderboard placement, or referral credit it reasonably believes resulted from sybil activity, automation, or abuse, and may change or discontinue the game layer at any time.
14. Prohibited Uses / Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and not to attempt to or assist others to:
- use the Service to violate any law, launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or transact with any Sanctioned Person;
- create or coordinate multiple wallets or automated identities to inflate, farm, or manipulate referrals, leaderboards, ranks, XP, the Tide of Ash, or quests (“sybil” or self-dealing activity), including referring yourself or wash-burning to manufacture progress;
- exploit, attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the protocol, smart contracts, APIs, infrastructure, or any other user’s wallet or data, including by denial-of-service, transaction-spam, curve/oracle manipulation, or probing for vulnerabilities outside the responsible-disclosure process referenced in Section 15;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with the classifier, safety gates, content denylist/moderation, decode-match preview, value gates, fee/treasury anchors, or any rate limit;
- scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service other than through documented interfaces, or to copy or re-publish data, leaderboards, or generated content at scale (this prohibition applies to PYRE’s website and APIs, not to inherently public on-chain data); or
- use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive purpose, or to misrepresent a Spawn’s nature, backing, or returns.
15. Intellectual Property; Generated Spawn Content; Feedback; Infringement Notices
PYRE marks.
The PYRE and Prometheus names, the “Feed the PYRE” branding, logos, visual system, site copy, UI, and underlying software are owned by PYRE or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the interface for its intended purpose, no license to PYRE’s marks or proprietary materials is granted to you.
Generated Spawn content.
Spawn identities — auto-generated names, tickers, taglines, lore, and images/image-prompts — are produced algorithmically by PYRE’s Prometheus engine from the mix of tokens burned in a Round, and may be screened, regenerated, flagged, or withheld by PYRE’s safety and moderation processes at PYRE’s sole discretion. PYRE makes no representation that any generated content is original, non-infringing, or clear of third-party rights, and you should not rely on it as such. To the extent PYRE holds rights in generated content actually launched, PYRE grants users a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that Spawn’s public content for non-infringing purposes; PYRE reserves all other rights. Content recorded on a public blockchain or IPFS is immutable and outside PYRE’s control once published.
User/operator-submitted content.
If you (or an authorized Operator) submit, upload, or attach any content, you represent that you own or have all rights necessary to do so, that it infringes no third party’s IP, publicity, or privacy rights and is not unlawful, and you grant PYRE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute it in connection with operating PYRE. PYRE may remove or refuse any content for any reason.
Feedback.
If you send PYRE ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant PYRE a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use it for any purpose, without compensation or credit.
Claims of infringement.
PYRE will respond to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement. A notice should identify the work claimed to be infringed and the material claimed to be infringing, include your contact information and a good-faith statement, and be sent through the contact channel described in Section 19; the designated copyright-agent details will be specified as PYRE formalizes. PYRE may remove allegedly infringing material it controls and may restrict repeat infringers. NOTE: content already written to a public blockchain or to IPFS CANNOT be removed by PYRE; takedown remedies are limited to PYRE-controlled surfaces.
16. Assumption of Risk; No Insurance; Smart-Contract & Operator-Key Risk; Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability; Indemnification
Assumption of risk.
You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risk arising from your use of the Service, including without limitation: the permanent and IRREVERSIBLE loss of any token, balance, or account you elect to burn or close; classifier misclassification or stale/inaccurate data; failures, congestion, forks, or downtime of the Solana network; errors, outages, or incorrect responses from third-party RPC providers, price feeds, wallet software, pump.fun, Jupiter, IPFS, or other dependencies; the operator-trusted nature of v0 Spawn launches and the possibility that a Spawn does not graduate; smart-contract, protocol, and operator-key risk, including the risk that a defect or key compromise in the on-chain program or the operator-trusted v0 flow causes loss of contributed funds; extreme volatility and total loss of value of any token; regulatory risk; and your own errors in selecting what to burn, close, or trade. Digital assets are highly volatile and speculative; do not participate with more than you can afford to lose entirely.
No insurance; responsible disclosure.
PYRE carries no insurance covering your assets or losses, and no third-party security review or audit of PYRE’s software warrants the absence of vulnerabilities or creates any reliance by you. Security researchers may report vulnerabilities through PYRE’s contact channel (Section 19); good-faith research conducted within any published responsible-disclosure policy is authorized to the extent stated there.
Disclaimer of warranties (AS IS / AS AVAILABLE).
THE SERVICE — INCLUDING THE INTERFACE, CLASSIFIER, TRANSACTION PREVIEWS, RECEIPTS, SPAWN/ESSENCE FEATURES, THE PYREMANCER GAME LAYER, AND ALL RELATED CONTENT — IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PYRE AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. PYRE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE CLASSIFIER IS ACCURATE OR THAT ANY TOKEN IDENTIFIED AS “APPEARS ELIGIBLE” IS SAFE OR WORTHLESS.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any warranty, guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including non-excludable consumer guarantees; and nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited. Where a jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, the exclusions in this Section apply only to the extent permitted there.
Limitation of liability.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PYRE OR ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR FOR THE VALUE OF ANY TOKENS, DIGITAL ASSETS, RENT, OR FUNDS BURNED, CLOSED, LOST, OR DIMINISHED, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Because Burns are irreversible by design and you sign every transaction yourself, you agree PYRE is not responsible for tokens or value you elect to destroy. The exclusions above do NOT apply to, and shall not be read to waive, liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability or non-excludable consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PYRE and its operators, contributors, and suppliers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your decisions to burn, close, sell, hold, or contribute any token or account, your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. This indemnity does NOT extend to claims that PYRE-generated Spawn content (produced by the Prometheus engine) infringes a third party’s intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights, except to the extent the claim arises from your own modification or unlawful use of that content.
17. Eligibility, Minimum Age, Geographic Restrictions & Sanctions
You represent and warrant that:
- you are at least the Minimum Age — being 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) — and have full legal capacity to agree to these Terms (this Minimum Age is the single operative age referenced by both these Terms and the Privacy Policy, Section 17);
- you are the sole, lawful controller of any connected wallet, and the funds and token accounts you submit are not proceeds of, and will not further, any illegal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or sanctions evasion;
- you are not, and are not acting on behalf of, any person subject to sanctions administered by the United Nations, the United States (including OFAC and the SDN list), the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other applicable authority (a “Sanctioned Person”), and you are not on any denied-party or sanctioned-party list;
- you are not organized, resident, or located in any comprehensively sanctioned country or territory; and
- your use of the Service is lawful where you are.
You agree not to use the Service to evade sanctions or export controls. These are your representations to PYRE; the specific list of restricted jurisdictions, and any screening obligations applicable to the operating entity, will be specified as PYRE formalizes (see Section 18).
18. Governing Entity, Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
A transparent, good-faith approach.
PYRE is published in good faith as a wallet-cleanup utility and ritual entertainment. PYRE is in the process of formalizing its operating entity. Until that entity, its jurisdiction, and the governing law are specified here, these Terms are offered transparently and the dispute-resolution approach below applies. The governing legal entity and the law that governs these Terms will be specified in this Section as PYRE formalizes, and any change will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date (Section 19). Nothing in these Terms waives any non-waivable right or remedy you have under the laws that apply to you.
Good-faith resolution first.
You and PYRE agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service informally and in good faith before pursuing any formal proceeding. To start, send a written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought through the contact channel in Section 19, and allow at least 30 days for the parties to attempt a resolution. Many concerns can be resolved quickly this way.
Incorporated disclosures; what controls.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the disclosures published at feedthepyre.com/trust, are the entire agreement between you and PYRE regarding the Service and supersede all prior understandings. The verifiable on-chain behavior of the pyre-core program controls over any descriptive summary in these Terms to the extent they conflict regarding how funds move, except that nothing in this sentence waives, or limits PYRE’s responsibility for, its own representations or any non-waivable consumer protection. If any provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable or, failing that, severed, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
General terms.
No failure or delay by PYRE in exercising a right waives it. You may not assign these Terms without PYRE’s prior written consent; PYRE may assign to a successor or affiliate (for example, in a merger or asset sale). PYRE is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including Solana congestion, halts, or forks; smart-contract defects; oracle/RPC outages; the unavailability, behavior, or protocol changes of third-party services (including pump.fun and Jupiter); acts of God; or governmental action. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 5, 9–12, and 16–19) survive termination. Nothing creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or employment relationship; you are the sole controller of your wallet and your decisions, which are irreversible. Headings are for convenience only, and the English-language version controls.
19. Third-Party Protocols, Taxes, Changes & Contact
Third-party protocols & services.
The Service depends on independent third parties that PYRE does not control, including the Solana network and RPC providers, your wallet software, pump.fun (where Spawns are launched and traded), Jupiter (for transmute swaps), IPFS/pinning providers, browser push services, and AI generation providers used to create Spawn art and copy. PYRE is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, accuracy, fees, or security of any third party, and your use of those third parties is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Interacting with the public blockchain and pump.fun is inherently public.
Taxes.
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any and all taxes (including income, capital-gains, sales, use, VAT, or similar) arising from your use of the Service, including from rent reclaimed, transmute swaps, Contributions, Round refunds, and any Spawn allocation or value. PYRE does not provide tax advice, does not determine your tax obligations, and — consistent with its no-account, no-email model — does not issue tax forms or file information returns on your behalf, except to the extent it is required to do so by applicable law.
Changes to these Terms; service changes.
PYRE may modify these Terms at any time. The current version is posted on the Service with a “Last updated” date. Your continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance. Because PYRE has no accounts or email, notice is by on-site posting only; you are responsible for reviewing the Service for updates. Fee changes apply only prospectively, to transactions you sign after the change takes effect; PYRE does not retroactively charge or increase a fee on a transaction you have already signed. PYRE may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may suspend or terminate your access to the website and interface at any time, with or without cause or notice. Because PYRE is non-custodial, terminating your access does NOT and CANNOT affect your wallet, private keys, on-chain assets, recovered rent, or any pending on-chain refund or claim — those remain under your control and are governed by the on-chain program.
Contact.
Questions or legal notices regarding these Terms may be sent through the contact channel published on the Service. Because the Service does not collect your email or contact information, PYRE provides notices to you by posting on the Service. The operating entity’s formal legal-notice details will be specified here as PYRE formalizes.
